SHIPPING METHODS & RATES

Our orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days excluding weekends and major holidays. Our standard shipping carrier is Intelcom, Canada Post or USPS.

Canadian orders are shipped out of our Vancouver warehouse and US orders out of our Texas warehouse.

  • Free standard shipping in Canada & US on orders over $49.99.
  • Delivery time is between 3-9 business days.
  • You will be notified with your tracking number for your order via email.

    NOTICE:
    Due to the ongoing Canada Post strike, all Canadian orders will be shipped with Intelcom or UPS to ensure timely delivery.
    This change will not affect your delivery times or free shipping eligibility. You’ll still receive tracking information via email once your order ships.

ORDER CHANGES

If you need to change an order you have already placed, please use our contact form and include your Order # in the email body. Order change requests must be made within 24 hours from time of order placed. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item(s) to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.

  • Include your order #.
  • We will send you a return shipping label.

If your order is missing a product, contains a damaged item, or other concern, please email us. To expedite your request, please have your order number available.
