Everything you need to know about how Heisen Blue orders are processed, shipped and returned. Canadian orders ship from Vancouver, BC. US orders ship from our Texas fulfillment center.
Order Processing
All orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you need to make a change to an order you have already placed, contact us using our contact form and include your order number in the message.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Heisen Blue is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Order change requests, including address changes must be made within 12 hours of placing the order and cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipping has begun. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Canadian Shipping
All Canadian orders ship from our Vancouver, BC facility. Orders ship via Intelcom or Canada Post depending on your location and current carrier availability.
Free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $40.
PO Box shipping: A $10 surcharge applies to orders shipping to a PO Box address. This surcharge is waived on orders of $100 or more.

All delivery windows are estimates based on standard carrier transit times. Your order may arrive sooner or slightly later depending on your location, carrier volume and weather conditions. Extremely remote and rural areas may require additional time. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
No customs delays. No cross-border import fees. All Canadian orders ship and are fulfilled entirely within Canada.
US Shipping
All US orders ship from our third-party fulfillment center in Texas via USPS. Your order ships domestically from within the United States.

International Shipping
At this time Heisen Blue ships to Canada and the United States only. If you are located outside of these two countries and are interested in our products please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
30-Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer a complete 30-day money back guarantee. You may return your item, even if it has been opened for a refund.
To request a refund under the money back guarantee:
- Contact us via our contact form within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
- Include your order number in the message
- We will send you a return shipping label
- We will process your refund once we receive it
Important: The 30-day money back guarantee only applies to your first bottle of methylene blue per customer. Subsequent orders are subject to the standard return and exchange policy below.
Return and Exchange Policy
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your order to request a return or exchange. To be eligible for a standard return the item must be unused, in the same condition as received and in its original packaging. Items showing signs of use, damage or alteration may not be eligible for a full refund.
To request a return or exchange:
- Contact us via our contact form within 30 calendar days of receiving your order
- Include your order number in the message
- We will send you a return shipping label
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item we will process your refund or exchange
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear after processing.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing an item or contains the wrong product please contact us as soon as possible. Have your order number ready and include a photo of the damaged or incorrect item if applicable. We will resolve the issue promptly at no cost to you.

Do you ship to PO Boxes in Canada? Yes. PO Box shipping is available for Canadian orders with a $10 surcharge. The surcharge is waived on orders of $100 or more.

How do I track my order? You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Canadian orders can be tracked via the carrier shown on your shipping confirmation. US orders can be tracked via USPS.
Can I change my order after placing it? Order changes can be accommodated if requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Contact us via our contact form with your order number as soon as possible.
What is the free shipping threshold? Free standard shipping is available on orders over $40 for both Canada and the United States.
Do you ship to addresses in the territories? Yes. We ship to all Canadian provinces and territories including Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Delivery to remote and territorial areas may take 7 to 9 business days.
Do you ship to Hawaii and Alaska? Yes. We ship to all 50 US states including Hawaii and Alaska via USPS. Estimated delivery for Hawaii and Alaska is 5 to 7 business days.
